DOT is the only department whose customers are the whole server. Pick your path: start with Tow or Taxi, then unlock Bus and Construction.
- TowingAnswer 10-51 calls: park in front, cone it off, winch it on, take it away.
- TaxisGive civilians rides: greet them, take the shortest route, drive like a pro.
- BusesRun the routes and stops around Greenville (Senior Operator and up).
- ConstructionLane closures, detours and road work, done safely (Senior Operator and up).
- Traffic lightsKeep GV Drive’s lights working. Fix outages on your way to calls.
- Tires+ & snow plowsRoadside tire service and winter plowing (limited slots per session).
New here? Your first week
- Verify your Roblox account in #bot-commands and read #information.
- Get trained within 3 weeks. Pick Tow or Taxi, complete the training form (two attempts, no AI), then open a ticket in #ticket-central.
- Ride along, don’t drive. Until you’re trained you may not drive a DOT vehicle on your own, and you never join RTO. Ask a DOT Operator for a ride-along.
- Tow exam passed? Do a 30-minute ride-along with a DOT Supervisor. They decide when you’re ready to go solo as a DOT Operator.
- Log every shift in the CAD from day one. 4 hours a month keeps you active and paid.
