Certifications

| Tow | DOT Operator | Your first certification (Tow or Taxi, your choice). Pass the training form, then a 30-minute ride-along with a DOT Supervisor. If they think you need more time, you get a dedicated 1-hour ride-along. Two attempts at the form. |
| Taxi | DOT Operator | Pass the taxi training form. Read the taxi regulations in the Field Guides first. Two attempts at the form. |
| Bus | Senior DOT Operator | Pass the bus certification exam (25 of 27), then open a Certification Ticket. Needs a relatively clean driving record. Wait 48 hours to retry. |
| Construction | Senior DOT Operator | Pass the construction quiz (19 of 20), then open a Certification Ticket. Read the construction guide first. Senior Operators work supervised. Wait 48 hours to retry. |
| Field Trainer | Senior DOT Operator | Train new members in the field. |
| Certification Instructor | Advanced DOT Operator | Certify others. A Head Supervisor watches you demonstrate every certification’s procedures first. |
Monthly medals
Every member who reaches a milestone in a month gets that medal at the end of the month. Higher medals include the rewards of the ones below. Medals reset every month and can’t be given to anyone else.
Copper Operator
8+ hours- A new role
- $25,000 in economy
- Flatbed trim for 7 days

Gold Operator
12+ hours- A new role
- $50,000 in economy
- Flatbed trim for 7 days
- Any colour on the colour structure for 7 days

18+ hours- A new role

- Flatbed trim for 7 days

Paychecks
DOT Operators and above get GVRPJ economy money at the start of every month. Meet your quota for the full amount; meet half your quota and you still get a quarter of it.

Promoted during the month? That month is paid at your previous rank. Outstanding activity can earn a bonus on top.
DOT Free Weekend
Log 2 hours this month
Claim the DOT Free Weekend Eligibility role, and for the rest of the month, every Friday to Sunday you can:
- Use vehicles and trailers up to the DOT Supervisor rank.
- Wear an approved custom uniform.
Supervisor of the Month
For the Supervisor who goes above and beyond: activity, reading exams, helping operators, new ideas, discussions, supervisor tasks done right and professionalism.
